1. Downward Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
This pose improves blood circulation of your body and allows blood flow into the head.  To practice downward dog pose-
 Start with table top position where your hands and legs touch the floor.
 Keep your elbows and knees straight.
 Pull your abdominal muscles inward and bring your hips upward to create an inverted V with your body.
 Press your palms on the ground and elongate the neck.
 Hold the pose for few seconds and repeat 4-5 times.


2. Diamond Pose (Vajrasana)
When you add diamond pose to your routine, you beat constipation and stay away from the risk
of obesity. This is one of the stress relieving poses of yoga that brings stability to the mind.
To practice Diamond pose-
 Sit on the floor and bend your legs inwards. This way you will be able to sit on your buttocks.
 Interlock the toes and keep the soles’ sides as close as possible.
 Make sure your neck and spine remain straight.
 Put your palms on your knees.
 Close the eyes and take deep breathe.



3. Head stand pose (Sirsasana)
The head stand pose or sirsasana is the king pose of yoga because it takes more hours of practice to accomplish this pose. Your stress can go away instantly after practicing this yoga pose.  The blood flow to the scalp goes better, muscles get strength and your brain gets nourishment.
To do this pose-
 Interlock your fingers to create a cup with your palms.
 Bend forward and rest your forearms on the ground.
 Get comfortable with the position and place head on the formed cup.
 To know if you are doing right, your head crown should be touching your palms.

 Bring your knees close to your face and gently raise off the floor
 Once you attain the balance, slowly straighten your legs and stretch your toes and maintain balance.
